Meet Sun Edwards MS.

As a wellness practitioner, I am truly privileged to support clients on their nutrition and wellness journeys.

With a master's degree in integrative and functional nutrition along with over than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness field as a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, herbalist, and advocate for food justice and food sovereignty, my approach is compassionate and holistic.

At the foundation of the Norish First philosophy is the commitment to first finding and strengthening the foods, practices, and connections that feed our being. The focus is not on restriction or limitation but is deeply rooted in nourishment as the first-line approach, with the belief that when we find what truly feeds our bodies, mind, and soul, all else will fall into place.

An essential element for nourishing our bodies is accessibility. In order to care for ourselves, we need to be able to find sustainable and practical ways to access healthy foods as well as the time to care for our bodies and minds. With a background in organic farming and food system work, I am deeply committed to supporting our community to build systems that are rooted in food justice and food sovereignty.

I specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic health conditions, chronic pain, digestive concerns, inflammation, stress-related conditions, and other complex wellness challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients are heard and where healing can unfold with patience, dignaty and empowerment.
